Goals for v2

• Overhaul Combat System
• Reassess class bonuses
• Collapse some class abilities so that there are only 1-2 active feats per class.
• Redo some of the I-X feats into a Epic, Superior Epic, Legendary style.
• Make gold more useful.
• Expand end game possibilities.
• Item properties that allow for better itemization.
• Slow down leveling a bit.
